Celebrate the Year of the Dragon at the Nelson-Atkins! Explore treasures from the museum’s Asian art collections and enjoy a variety of activities, dances, and music marking the Lunar New Year.   

 

Registration 
The festival is free, but registration is required. Although you may register upon admission, we strongly recommend registering in advance.

Parking 
Garage parking at the Nelson-Atkins is free for members and $14 for the public. Additional parking and a free shuttle to the museum will be available at the Cherry Street Parking Structure at 50th and Oak (5005 Oak Street) from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
